Last night I went to the monthly meeting of Triangle Conservatives Unite. This is a Tea Party group that was founded during the Tea Party revolts in 2010. The meeting was held at Golden Corral in Cary. When I first arrived I have to admit that I was somewhat disappointed – Golden Corral was no longer serving their sizzling sea food skillet entrees. Alas I was still able to enjoy what appeared to be steak that was allegedly medium rare. I bought my video camera to capture some of the magic of the meeting since the featured speaker was Susan Bryant, Chair of the Wake County Republican Party. Wake County is among the most populous of all counties in NC and this is also reflected in the Republican party – no county had more registered republicans than Wake at the state GOP convention in 2012. I was genuinely appreciative of Susan’s willingness to visit a Tea Party group – perhaps she thought all who identify with the Tea Party had been co-opted.

If you remember at the inception of the Tea Party there was widespread criticism of both political parties. At one early Tea Party rally I attended in 2010 in Raleigh no elected “official” – Democrat or Republican – was invited to speak. The essence of the Tea Party is fidelity to the US Constitution over and above fidelity to any political party. John Boehner, Speaker of the House (R –OH) is a typical example of a corrupt party leader who’s more committed to the GOP than the US Constitution. Boehner like most in the District of Criminals needs to be constantly reminded that they took an oath of office to protect and defend the Constitution NOT their political party. Unfortunately Boehner is currently busy purging the House leadership of those who refused to vote for his agenda as opposed to voting according to their principles as directed by the Constitution.

In the highly anticipated December 4th Raleigh City Council meeting a cadre of patriots brought forth stunning revelations about the council’s ignorance of their own policies, denial of peer reviewed scientifically factual research, and overall breathtaking silence as lies and deceptions were uncovered in mere minutes.

As per the official agenda, the night was supposed to begin with the re-airing of this 8 minute piece produced by WTVD news on water fluoridation. The citizens involved had pre-arranged with the City Clerk to project this piece in lieu of speaking to the council, effectively using all of the allotted 3 minutes/person in combination to ensure the council members watched the clip in its entirety.

As you will see below the council fearfully denied our request to air the video simply because they do not want to “set precedent” for citizens using their allotted speaking time in combination with others. I guess they don’t have time in their busy schedules to hear the citizen’s concerns.

All this despite the fact that the time allotted was more than it would have taken to play the clip.

Undeterred by the Council’s cowardice, Katie Habberman and Marcus Hill posed some pointed questions to the Council regarding the city-supplied certificate of analysis which shows the specific addition of multiple compounds, all toxic, under the umbrella term “Fluoride.” Their answer, as you will find below, was deafening silence from a squirming city council resigned to their own corruption and misdirected policies.

This silence was broken only by Councilman John Odom who defended fluoridation by saying:

“I drink the water the city of Raleigh puts out, and I think it’s the best in the country. I’ve supported it the 14 years I’ve been on this council and I certainly have no fear of making that statement.”

ICELAND. No news from Iceland?… why? How come we hear everything that happens in Egypt but no news about what’s happening in Iceland:</p><br /><br />
<p>In Iceland, the people has made the government resign, the primary banks have been nationalized, it was decided to not pay the debt that these created with Great Britain and Holland due to their bad financial politics and a public assembly has been created to rewrite the constitution.</p><br /><br />
<p>And all of this in a peaceful way. A whole revolution against the powers that have created the current global crisis. This is why there hasn’t been any publicity during the last two years: What would happen if the rest of the EU citizens took this as an example? What would happen if the US citizens took this as an example.</p><br /><br />
<p>This is a summary of the facts:</p><br /><br />
<p>2008. The main bank of the country is nationalized.<br /><br /><br />
The Krona, the currency of Iceland devaluates and the stock market stops. The country is in bankruptcy</p><br /><br />
<p>2008. The citizens protest in front of parliament and manage to get new elections that make the resignation of the prime minister and his whole government.<br /><br /><br />
The country is in bad economic situation.<br /><br /><br />
A law proposes paying back the debt to Great Britain and Holland through the payment of 3,500 million euros, which will be paid by the people of Iceland monthly during the next 15 years, with a 5.5% interest.</p><br /><br />
<p>2010. The people go out in the streets and demand a referendum. In January 2010 the president denies the approval and announces a popular meeting.<br /><br /><br />
In March the referendum and the denial of payment is voted in by 93%. Meanwhile the government has initiated an investigation to bring to justice those responsible for the crisis, and many high level executives and bankers are arrested. The Interpol dictates an order that make all the implicated parties leave the country.</p><br /><br />
<p>In this crisis an assembly is elected to rewrite a new Constitution which can include the lessons learned from this, and which will substitute the current one (a copy of the Danish Constitution).<br /><br /><br />
25 citizens are chosen, with no political affiliation, out of the 522 candidates. For candidacy all that was needed was to be an adult and have the support of 30 people. The constitutional assembly starts in February of 2011 to present the ‘carta magna’ from the recommendations given by the different assemblies happening throughout the country. It must be approved by the current Parliament and by the one constituted through the next legislative elections.</p><br /><br />
<p>So in summary of the Icelandic revolution:<br /><br /><br />
-resignation of the whole government<br /><br /><br />
-nationalization of the bank.<br /><br /><br />
-referendum so that the people can decide over the economic decisions.<br /><br /><br />

No! The Icelandic people have been able to show that there is a way to beat the system and has given a democracy lesson to the world.</p><br /><br />
<p>Please spread the news as Iceland is the role model now although sooner or later, the banksters will start demilishing their nationalized bank.

Sovereign Citizen Training for Law Enforcement and Prosecutors

Course Description:

The Virginia Office of the Attorney General (OAG), in cooperation with the Virginia Department of Criminal Justice Services (DCJS), is pleased to announce a one day training bringing together law enforcement and prosecutors from jurisdictions across the Commonwealth to educate them about the sovereign citizen movement. The sovereign citizen movement involves individuals and groups who uniformly reject federal and state authority. Activities by these groups have included redemption schemes, use of fraudulent driver’s licenses and vehicle plates, and use of documents that falsely claim diplomatic and law enforcement privileges. In recent years, law enforcement personnel in the Commonwealth have experienced a rise in the number of encounters with sovereign citizens. While the majority of these encounters do not involve violence, the potential for harm to law enforcement exists.

Who Should Attend?

This training is restricted to sworn Virginia law enforcement officers and prosecutors in the Commonwealth of Virginia.

Topics to be Addressed

This course will address sovereign citizens; laws available for prosecuting sovereign citizen individuals and groups; and effective methods for dealing with them. Topics will include:

Introduction and overview of Sovereign Citizen groups
Sovereign Citizen ideology and tactics
Moorish groups
Officer safety and road encounters
Legal theories under which Sovereign Citizens claim sovereignty
The legalese employed by Sovereign Citizens to confuse law enforcement and the courts
How the laws of the Commonwealth can address the crimes typically committed by Sovereign Citizens

Length of training:

One day (7 hours)

There is no registration fee for this course. Participants are responsible for their transportation, lodging, and meal expenses.
